You are invited to join us for one week of sisterhood, transformation, remembrance, embodiment and liberation of our feminine nature.
In this safe space, we gather as sisters to sit in ceremony together, to connect with our bodies, to share genuine support and love for one another, and to reclaim our full spectrum womanhood.
This retreat is a return to what is sacred. It is a reclamation of what we've always carried within. It is a deep dive into the mysteries of the feminine.
A week of connection, healing and expansion awaits you.
We are gathering in the heart of Ibiza - the magnetic island that is rich in spiritual culture and the most gorgeous scenic coastlines.
During this week, we will be staying at one of the most beautiful luxurious venues of the island with big spacious rooms, a yoga shala for our embodiment practices, a big nourishing garden, a sauna and a stunning sunset view from the pool.
We will have an abundant experience together, including somatic journeys, transformational workshops, many juicy practices and exercises, nature excursions, sacred ceremonies, delicious cuisine, playfulness, depth and feminine wisdom.

The Workshops
Full Spectrum Woman - Workshop
This Workshop will help set the foundation for our liberation and inner wholeness as women. We will go on a journey of exploring our light & our healthy dark feminine expression. We will re-wild our primal selves, practice emotional alchemy, unblock our bodies and free our voices. We will learn about the Jungian archetypes of the feminine and dive into shadow integration to release old patterns and empower ourselves. Get ready for a deep, playful, untamed experience!
Journey into Tantra - Workshop
A mystical journey into Tantra, devotion & spiritual practice awaits us. We will learn Taoist tools to strengthen our energetic center, learn to direct our awareness and widen our perspective. We will explore the mysteries of Shiva and Shakti within and cultivate a connection to the Divine that feels nourishing and supportive for us. A magical space of ancient wisdom, powerful tools, temple music and dance.
Eros & Union - Workshop
From pain to pleasure - we will understand our hearts' closure & opening, our attachment patterns and our relational fears + wounds. We will experience a powerful practice of heart de-armoring & evoking our erotic magnetic life force energy. Moreover, we will dive deep into feminine/masculine dynamics and conscious relating. A heart-opening experience to release anything that is in the way of Love.
Daily Somatic Practices
Every morning, we will gather in the beautiful yoga shala and connect with our bodies.

We will experience four powerful embodiment journeys by our guest facilitator, Muriel, who is a trauma-informed somatic practitioner and feminine embodiment guide. She will lead us through trauma-informed practices and support us to embody our erotic aliveness.

Additionally, Kris will be leading two journeys to connect us with our yonis, to cleanse energetically, to release, to de-armor and to tap into our sensual nature. The journeys are all tailored to be safe, gentle and trauma-informed.
Mystical Blue Lotus Ceremony
Blue Lotus is a sacred flower that was revered by the ancient Egyptians. It can have a mild euphoric effect and work as an aphrodisiac. Overall, it is soothing, calming and relaxing and creates a beautiful connection to our feminine energy and sensuality.

Our guest facilitator Irena will guide us through a special blue lotus ceremony in which we reconnect with the mysteries of the feminine and the intuition of our inner oracle.
Sisterhood
Coming together in sisterhood and building connections of trust and support with other women comes with its own kind of medicine. Many of us are craving more community and deep connections with like-minded people. A lot of healing can happen in a short period of time when we feel that we belong, that we have each others' backs and that we genuinely want the best for one another. That is the foundation for this retreat - building friendships that last, revealing our hearts, sharing our vulnerabilities, laughing and dancing together, growing, releasing and rising together.

We will have a Telegram Group that will open one week before the retreat, so we can connect beforehand and to stay in touch after the retreat.
Exploring the Land
Ibiza has a strong spiritual side that attracts many people who are on their journey of self-discovery, healing and transformation.

We will immerse ourselves in Ibiza's magical nature, go on my favorite hikes and explore the gorgeous coast lines and beaches. We will watch the sunset by Es Vedrà, which is known to be one of the most magnetic spots on Earth. There are many myths about the origins of Es Vedrà - some say it is a lost piece of Atlantis and has a connection to the Pyramids. We will dive into these mysteries together. Es Vedrà is known to help us manifest our desires due to its strong electomagnetic field. Get ready for a group manifestation ritual there by sunset!
Photo Shoot
Besides all the photos we will be taking at the retreat venue, one afternoon will be dedicated to having a beautiful photo shoot as a group by sunset - and everyone will have the chance to have individual photos taken of them.

You will receive all the photos from the shoot unedited after the retreat and I will edit some of my favorites with my own presets.
Gut-friendly Cuisine
We've got you covered! We will have healthy gut-friendly vegan and vegetarian options and delicious treats ready for you. Should you have any special dietary requirements, our chef can prepare gluten-free options and consider your your unique needs (we will ask you about it all in advance).
The retreat includes daily brunch, dinner, snacks, water and tea.
There is a big fridge in the kitchen where left-over food from brunch/dinner or any additional food you may want to bring or buy can be stored and accessed at all times.

Meet the Team
Kris
Kris has been a Women's Empowerment Coach for over 5 years. She has helped hundreds of women to connect with their power, to liberate themselves from old patterns, to integrate their shadows, express themselves fully and awaken their feminine energy. This summer, Kris is completing a one-year long trauma-informed tantric certification program to be certified in the areas of love, sex and relationships. Kris has been on her own journey of personal development for over 8 years, studying and practicing conscious relating, polarity work, feminine/masculine dynamics, embodiment, shadow work, Jungian psychology, and many coaching tools and techniques. She is excited to guide our retreat group through transformational workshops and embodiment journeys and to create an unforgettable time together.
Muriel
Muriel is a trauma-informed Somatic Practitioner and Feminine Embodiment Guide. The focus of her work is on supporting women to reclaim their power, sovereignty and sexual nature. She is passionate about facilitating emotional alchemy, release and embodiment experiences, as well as guiding women back into connection to their sensual and erotic expression. Muriel will be our Embodiment Guide for this week and lead us through powerful journeys in the mornings.
Irena
Irena is a visionary spiritual mentor, ceremonialist, and healer, deeply dedicated to leading and nurturing the sacred feminine awakening. She has fostered profound connections with spiritual locations like Bali, Egypt, and Ibiza, where she guides transformative retreats and spiritual journeys. Irena is sharing her deep remembrance from ancient times from Egyptian Temples within Blue Lotus Ceremonies that she holds. A Sacred ancient ritual using the medicine of Blue Lotus which activates sacred feminine energy and opening the heart and consciousness. She will be holding a magical Blue Lotus Ceremony for us during the retreat.
Carolin
Carolin is a multilingual Virtual Assistant and a German expat living in the beautiful city Málaga, Southern Spain. As a Virtual Assistant, Carolin supports soul-led business owners with their backend needs and is incredibly passionate with her work. She has been supporting Kris in her business for a while and is excited to be joining us during the retreat to help with any questions, needs and organizational tasks.
Do I have to have any knowledge prior to coming to the retreat (for example about Tantra?)
No, you don't need to have any knowledge or experience in order to have a beautiful and empowering experience on the retreat. Everything will be explained to you - from the basics to the deeper topics. We've got you covered!
Will there be any sexual practices? Do I need to be naked?
No, there will not be any practices that are directly sexual. Tantra is a tradition and spiritual way of living - it's not the same as Neo-Tantra which focuses mainly on sex. Any and all practices we will do are trauma-informed and can be done fully clothed. You may feel your sexual energy being activated during some movement practices, which is beautiful and welcomed! But none of the practices are openly sexual, and everything we offer is optional.
Are there any refunds?
There are no refunds with the only exception of a new Pandemic, Epidemic, Natural Catastrophes, Floods, Fires or Wars that would directly affect you or your ability to take part in the retreat. In these cases, we keep one third of the full price you have agreed to pay to cover a part of our own costs for the retreat venue, assistant, guest facilitators, chef and other expenses we have for the retreat. Should you be affected by any of the cases listed here, you will receive two thirds of the full price as a refund. In any other case, there are no refunds. So please make sure that when you book a spot, you are a Full Body Yes to coming.
What if I have food sensitivities?
Don't worry - we will ask you a few questions before the retreat starts, including any intolerances, dietary preferences, allergies, etc. Our chef will make a delicious vegan and vegetarian menu for you that is gut-friendly and will have gluten-free options as well. We will make sure everyone is well taken care of and will have their needs met.
